This Privacy Policy explains how Baluwa Labs (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with LenaDena Business (the “App”), an app that helps shopkeepers and business owners keep customer credit (udhar) and payment records.
LenaDena Business is currently in development. This policy will be completed before the App is made available on Google Play.

Information you enter in the App
LenaDena Business is designed to let you maintain credit records for your business, such as:
- the names of your customers;
- credit (udhar) amounts;
- payments received;
- payment history and dates.
These records contain information about your customers. As the business using the App, you are responsible for making sure you have a legitimate reason to record your customers’ information.

Information collected automatically
To be confirmed before release: state whether the App, or any third-party service it uses, collects device information, app usage data, diagnostics or crash reports — and if so, exactly what is collected.
How Information Is Used
We use information in connection with the App to:
- provide the App’s core functionality, such as saving and displaying your customers’ credit records and payment history;
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- To be confirmed before release: any other purposes (for example, fixing crashes or improving the App).

Data Storage
To be confirmed before release: describe where App data is stored — for example, only on your device, with a cloud storage or backup service, or both — and, where data leaves your device, which provider stores it and whether it is encrypted in transit.

LenaDena Business will be distributed through Google Play, which is operated by Google and subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
To be confirmed before release: list each third-party service or SDK used by the App (for example analytics, crash reporting, advertising, sign-in or cloud storage), what information it receives, and a link to its privacy policy. If none are used, say so.
Data Retention
To be confirmed before release: explain how long information is kept, what happens to it when the App is uninstalled, and how users can delete their data from within the App.

Children’s Privacy
LenaDena Business is not directed at children. To be confirmed before release: the App’s target age group as declared in Google Play Console.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled in connection with the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App’s features or data practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
